From the farm to the market

Between a member's field and the final buyer, the cooperative performs four functions set out in its Bylaws: it receives the membership's agricultural production, processes it, stores it and markets it. That is what allows us to offer consolidated volume, a consistent quality standard and origin traceability that an isolated producer could not deliver.

  1. Receiving

The membership's production is received and identified by origin.

  2. Processing

Processing, grading and standardisation according to the product line.

  3. Storage

Storage in the cooperative's structure, which may operate as a general warehouse.

  4. Marketing

Collective sale in local, national and international markets, under the cooperative's brand.
