COOPERANTE - Cooperativa Carvalho Beans is now online at carvalhobeans.com, with information about the cooperative, its products, its governance and how to become a member.
The cooperative’s website is live at carvalhobeans.com, in Portuguese and English. It is COOPERANTE’s first channel of its own on the internet, and it was built to serve two audiences at once: the membership here in the region, and buyers outside Brazil.
What is published so far
- The Cooperative — who we are, where we work and how the work is organised
- Products — coffee, cassava flour and banana chips, each with its own page
- Governance and Transparency — governance structure, statutory bodies and documents
- Leadership — the people accountable for the cooperative
- Become a Member — how a producer in the region joins the membership
- Partnerships and Wholesale — for institutions and buyers
- Contact — the cooperative’s direct channels
Genuinely bilingual
Every page exists in Portuguese and in English, with its own address in each language. This is not machine translation: the two versions are written and maintained side by side, because a buyer abroad and a member in Taquaruçu do Norte need the same information, each in their own language.
